I wanted to provide you an update regarding robbery, which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey. Dear Residents, Since the 21st of April, there has been a string of robbery/attempted robbery incidents occurring on and around the Glen Walk area in Hounslow South. These incidents all occurred within the space of 4 days, and victims report similar descriptions of the suspect and MO. One of the incidents was captured in its entirety by a Ring doorbell camera and shows the suspect committing the robbery, it’s believed he then proceeded to make off down Spray Lane towards SW grounds, as the victim’s mobile phone case was discarded within this alleyway. He may also be operating in the Isleworth area, so I’ve attached images of the suspect for your perusal and to be on the lookout for when on patrol. The Hounslow South team and we will of course be targeting Glen Walk and the surrounding area during our patrols. Suspect, as illustrated, is described as: Young black male Wearing a black face mask, black glasses, a black jacket with the hood up, and dark grey tracksuit bottoms with a white stripe down the side, and a red or pink 'NIKE' logo on the left-hand side of the leg Riding a small-wheeled BROMPTON type E-bike, black in colour
Kind Regards

Be aware of your surroundings and only use your phone when it is safe to do so. Put your phone away when you have finished using it. Secure your phone by choosing a strong pin or password Keep a note of your IMEU number (to access, type *#06# on your phone keypad) Plan your route, especially if you are going somewhere you have not been before.
